HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You have two options when returning your item(s):

BY POST

Please return your online items to us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Postage will not be refunded.

We will refund any items that are not suitable if you return them to us unworn, unwashed an in perfect condition by post within 14 days of receipt. 

Please beware all items must be returned in a brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund. Please make sure that any items marked with make-up/fake tan/lotion etc. will not be eligible for a refund. This includes items soiled with perfume, cigarette smoke etc. All goods are inspected upon return. Items not returned in the condition they were purchased in will not be returned back to the buyer for free. You will have to repay for delivery to receive the items back. 

Sales and Discounted items are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please return all goods in their original packaging and the completed returns form to:

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your order did not come with a returns form, please email our customer service at: hello@lovi.london

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the charge of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund.

We do recommend for customers to get proof of postage in the unlikely circumstance that your item(s) is/are lost in the post. You can get this for free at your local post office. Without this, we are unable to refund any money if we do not receive your parcel. 

Please allow 14 days from the day your parcel is received by us for your refund to beprocessed. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to let you know when your refund has been completed.

We are unable to offer refunds on Earrings, Jewellery, Accessories and Hats for hygiene purposes. This does not affect your statutory rights.

STORE RETURNS

Returns can also be accepted in-store with acceptable proof of purchase.

Items must be returned with the original labels intact. Please return all goods in their original packaging and the completed returns form.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by card for the original purchase, please bring this card with you when returning the item(s).

Please allow 7 days from the day the return is received in store for your refund to be processed. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control. We will email you to let you know when your refund is complete.

STORE OPENING HOURS

9am – 6pm Monday to Saturday
